Welcome to my artistic world! I am Navnath Ramchandra Kshirsagar, a freelance artist from Mulshi, Pune, deeply committed to preserving and showcasing the rich cultural and rural heritage of India. With a Master’s in Fine Arts (MFA) and over a decade of professional experience, my work resonates with stories of agricultural traditions, childhood nostalgia, and personal memories.

I have had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Professor for nine years across institutions like the Brick School of Architecture and Indira School of Architecture in Pune. My academic experience also includes conducting workshops and mentoring budding artists, which has further enriched my journey.

Artistic Vision

In my paintings, I weave stories of rural life, cultural traditions, and personal reflections. Inspired by the vibrant region of Wari, my work captures the interplay of agricultural heritage, the devotion of farmers to Vitthal, and the nostalgic memories of my childhood. My art is a bridge between the past and the present, blending themes of farm implements, toys, and the cherished spirit of Maharashtra’s rural traditions.

My journey to Wari, accompanied by my sketchbook and devotion, has profoundly influenced my creative process. Through vibrant colors, intricate details, and thoughtful compositions, I aim to celebrate the beauty and complexity of our cultural and spiritual landscapes.
